Existing moulds are checked first. New tooling begins with the product, drawing, sample, or dimensions.

Existing Mould Check

We compare the target size and structure with available moulds.

New tooling is reviewed when the required size, cavity, or structure does not match an existing mould.

Samples from existing moulds are free. Fit, appearance, stacking, and packing are checked before production.
