Production Workflow
How a project moves through the factory.

Factory Overview
A 10,000 m² production site in Ningbo supports standard packaging and custom thermoformed projects.
- 02
Raw Materials
Material is selected according to the product, forming process, appearance, handling and destination requirements.

Thermoforming
Five automated production lines support the forming of food packaging, agricultural trays and industrial parts trays.
- 04
Tooling
Existing molds are checked first. New tooling is reviewed from the product dimensions, drawing, sample or reference photo.

Sampling
Existing-mold samples are free. The product fit, appearance and packing direction are reviewed before production.

Forming
Material, sheet setup, mold and forming conditions are matched to the confirmed product specification.
- 07
Trimming
Formed parts are separated and trimmed according to the product structure and agreed edge requirements.
- 08
Inspection
The approved sample and confirmed specification provide the reference for appearance, dimensions and packing checks.
- 09
Packing
Products are nested and packed according to the confirmed model, carton quantity and handling requirements.
- 10
Export Preparation
Carton marks and shipment information are prepared against the confirmed order and destination details.
