What products does Hongz Plastic Packaging manufacture?
We manufacture food packaging, agricultural thermoformed trays, and custom blister packaging, including bakery boxes, fruit clamshells, plant growing tray inserts, custom blister trays, anti-static trays, and heat sealed blister packaging.
What materials can you produce?
We can produce PP, PET, PS, PVC, and anti-static material options for suitable custom projects.
What is the MOQ?
For existing mold products, MOQ usually starts from 5,000 pcs. Custom projects depend on size, material, mold, and production plan.
Can you support small batch custom orders?
Yes. Small batch custom orders are welcome for discussion, especially when there is an existing mold or the project is suitable for custom development.
Do you have existing molds?
Some food packaging and standard styles may use existing molds. Send us your size, product photo, or sample, and we will check whether an existing mold can be used.
How much does a custom mold cost?
Custom mold cost usually starts from RMB 5,000, depending on product structure, size, and tooling requirement.
Can you make packaging from my sample or drawing?
Yes. We can develop packaging from samples, drawings, product photos, or detailed dimensions.
Do you supply bakery boxes and fruit clamshells?
Yes. Bakery boxes, pastry boxes, fruit clamshells, egg packaging, and clear disposable food containers are part of our food packaging range.
Do you make agricultural thermoformed trays?
Yes. We make agricultural thermoformed trays, plant growing tray inserts, seedling tray inserts, greenhouse trays, and custom agricultural plastic bottom trays.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide product size, quantity, material, thickness, destination country, product photo or drawing, and any custom requirement.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time depends on product details, order quantity, destination, and shipping method. Please contact us for confirmation.
Can you ship to the USA or Middle East?
Yes. We can support overseas buyers and coordinate with freight forwarders for shipments to the USA, Middle East, and other markets.
