A clear route for custom and existing-mold orders

Buyers do not need to start with a perfect technical drawing. Send practical information first, then we help turn it into a factory-ready brief.

Design review

We start from your product photo, sketch, or physical sample. The factory reviews product size, cavity depth, clarity, shelf presentation, stacking, and destination market before tooling is discussed.

Existing mold or custom tooling

We check our existing mold library first. Custom tooling is discussed only when product shape, cavity depth, fit, or display requirements cannot be met by a ready mold.

Thermoforming production

Eight production lines support PET, rPET, PP, PS, HIPS, and PVC forming for blister packs, food clamshells, agricultural trays, and industrial component trays.

Packing and export support

Carton method, nesting direction, quantity per carton, gross weight, labeling, and destination requirements are confirmed before mass production and export from Ningbo Port.

Documents and compliance route

RoHS, REACH, and food-contact documentation can be discussed according to material, application, and destination market. We only confirm documents that are available for the selected material.
